Shipping Policy
At 411 we aim to have orders processed within 24 hrs of payment of orders and to have them despatched within 48 hrs. Orders will be despatched during weekdays.
Australia wide shipping - $15 Standard $20 Express
Nz shipping - $30 Flat rate
Rest of World shipping - $40
Please be aware for International orders that there may be customs taxes which will be the purchasers responsibility to pay. 411 will not be liable for these taxes.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
If your item/s are not up to your dopest levels of expectations, we have a 30 day Return Policy.
Please return item/s in its original packaging, unworn with tags attached and with your proof of purchase. Instructions are on your proof of purchase. Return Shipping will be at the cost of the customer.
Exchanges
We have a 2 week exchange policy.
If you have ordered the incorrect item/s, return the item in its original packaging, unworn and with proof of purchase and once you have been refunded, if it is returned in this condition, you can go ahead and purchase the correct item.
